Agreement to these terms

By downloading, purchasing, or using Mockup Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or make a purchase.

Application license

Mockup Studio is licensed through Apple's App Store and is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA regarding the app license, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Purchases and subscriptions

Mockup Studio may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. The price and billing period shown by Apple StoreKit before confirmation are the terms of the purchase presented to you.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them through your Apple Account before renewal. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages renewal under the App Store terms. Removing Mockup Studio from your Mac does not cancel a subscription.

The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro entitlement for Mockup Studio. It does not promise access to a separate future product or service.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refund eligibility and requests are handled under Apple's policies. You can request assistance at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You retain ownership of screenshots, images, text, and other content you import or create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to use and export that content. Mockup Studio does not claim ownership of your creative work.

Acceptable use

You may not use Mockup Studio to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious material, or interfere with the app, StoreKit, RevenueCat, or related services.

Availability and changes

Features may change as Mockup Studio is maintained and improved. Purchase restoration and subscription status can depend on Apple and RevenueCat availability. We may update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and obligations to active subscribers.

Warranty and liability

Mockup Studio is provided subject to the warranties, disclaimers, and liability terms in the Apple Standard EULA. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.

Privacy

Our handling of local content and purchase-related information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If these Terms materially change, this page and its effective date will be updated. Changes apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law.
